Due to the volatility of the oil market; for now we will not be offering a fixed price or a capped plan for the 2011-2012 heating season. We are, however, offering a 9-month Payment Plan for the up coming heating season. The payment plan will start October 15, 2011 run through May 31, 2012.

All deliveries WILL be at the current cash price. Deliveries will begin October 15, 2011, and run through May 31, 2012.  Payment must be received the FIRST of each month. ANY disruption in payment WILL delay delivery. If a run out occurs, Hanscom's is not responsible. Therefore, if payment has not been received by the FIRST of the month and an emergency/weekend delivery is required, a $75.00 service charge payment will be necessary at the time of delivery.

NO UPSIDE OR DOWNSIDE PROTECTION PLAN

THESE MONTHLY FIGURES ARE BASED ON AN ESTIMATED MARKET VALUE

No credit balances will be returned as cash or check refunds. Credit balances will be put toward fuel deliveries only. No deliveries will be made for credit balances less than 100 gallons.

If an account has a credit balance as of September 1, 2011, it maybe used towards this year's plan. If an account still has monies DUE, the balance must be PAID IN FULL before beginning the program.

If you have not taken your fuel purchase before May 31, 2012, the amount remaining in your account will be credited toward fuel delivered after that date.

Automatic delivery is available. Will Call requires a day's notice and a 100-gallon minimum delivery!
